Before you upgrade from version 1.1.1 to 1.2, we recommend you follow these steps to get the best out of the new version.

  1. As with any upgrade, you should back up your data. Whilst we've thoroughly tested the migration process, something could go wrong. We strongly recommend you back up to iTunes before upgrading, and if you have business-sensitive data within your iOS device, we recommend you have a second backup of it (be that a paper copy, or a tonne of screenshots). If your data is lost and you can't recover it, what's your plan B?
  2. After backing up, simply download the new version of Second Shootr from the app store and install it onto your device.
  3. The first time you load up Second Shootr, it will set its database up and it'll look for any pre-existing Second Shootr data.
  4. If it finds any legacy data, it'll prompt you to migrate it across. Just follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. We have made significant changes to the Default Client Data in Second Shootr 1.2, our recommendation is that you don't migrate your old default client data. However, we have given you the option to do so if you wish.
